FOLDING SERVICES
Exceptional folding requires exceptionally skilled operators. Our experienced staff produce a wide range of folding, including map, signature, accordion fold, roll fold, French fold, gate fold (and double gate folding), glue folding, form-velopes, and perforating. Additionally, we have been able to create custom solutions specific to our clients’ needs in direct mail and commercial printing applications.
PACIFIC BINDERY has the capability to produce re-moist forms, tip-ons, blow-ins, and other projects that can be folded and/or glued and finished with other specialties.
GLUE FOLDING
We provide a number of custom Glue-folding services. Glue-folding is in-line folding with hot melt glues or adhesives using one of a number of glues – re-moistenable, fugitive, hot or cold adhesives) and for a number of purposes.
The best substrate for fugitive glues are penetration-resistant, highly coated, dense paper.
With 4 cold glue heads for permanent glue; and specialty applications for both fugitive glue and permanent glue applications; and 4 re-moist glue heads that allow three single lines and one 2-up line.

FUGITIVE GLUE SERVICES
(Ok, some call it "Booger Glue")
With fugitive glue we can adhere two surfaces together which can be pulled apart without paper fiber tear.
This easy release, hot melt adhesive is an ideal tool for marketing pieces.
For example, to temporarily attach a coupon or card to a brochure or mailer; to attach a removable small book, pamphlet or form on the inside text page that will be bound into a book; or to attach a business card to a marketing catalogue.
